Empowerment
Coaching with me will give you a heightened level of empowerment. I believe that when you empower one another, you collectively lift society up. This is the foundation of our work together with me as your coach, and as a human race.
It is important to express that my coaching practice is an inclusive, non- discriminatory, safe space. Although a lot of my work is with women, I am an ally for civil rights and social justice. All BIPOC, LGBTQ, men and women are welcome here.
Action
Without action, sustainable change and empowerment will be hard to maintain. I will work closely with you to develop an action plan, and then curate your coaching experience based on your individual needs. Differentiation is an important part of effective teaching, and it is what will set our work together apart. I will teach to your strengths, designing a program that serves you and adjusts along the way.
Inner Work + Ritual
Inner work is just as important as the action we create together. You already have all of the power and answers within you. Doing the inner work to heal and set boundaries, and get to the root of what is holding you back from living your best life, is at the heart of our work together. When you are living in alignment and listening to your body, the Universe will send you everything you want. We will tap into your truth and I will help guide you to the tools and rituals that feel right to you.
